- Steel belt drive system
Material: Alloy steel strip (thickness 1.2-1.5mm, high temperature resistance 400℃)
Tension control: Hydraulic automatic adjustment (preventing deviation within ±2mm)
- Hot press plate heating
Heat source: Heat transfer oil (230-250℃) or steam (1.6-2.5MPa)
Zonal temperature control: 6-8 zones with independent temperature control (temperature difference ≤±3℃)
- Pressure control
Segmented pressurization: Inlet high pressure (3.5MPa) → Middle pressure holding (2.5MPa) → Outlet pressure reduction
