Continuous flat press for particleboard (CPC): The slab is continuously fed between two synchronously running annular steel belts around a large heating plate. By precisely controlling the temperature and pressure of the heating plate (provided by the cylinder system or hydraulic pad system) and the running speed of the steel belt, the slab completes the whole process of heating, pressurizing, and adhesive curing (resin cross-linking) while moving forward at a uniform speed.
Continuous operation eliminates the opening and closing, loading and unloading time of intermittent presses, and the theoretical production capacity can reach more than 100 cubic meters per hour, which is several times that of traditional presses. The slabs experience exactly the same pressure, temperature and time history in the length direction, ensuring that the performance of the entire board (density, strength, thickness, formaldehyde emission) is extremely uniform, especially suitable for the production of ultra-long specifications (such as eight-foot boards).
Continuous pre-pressing machine for particleboard: located after the paving machine and before the hot press, it performs continuous and gentle pre-compression on the fluffy slabs.
Significantly increase initial density: significantly reduce the thickness of the slab (usually compressed by more than 50%), increase density, prevent it from being blown away by the high-speed steel belt airflow when entering the hot press, and ensure the structural integrity of the slab. Improve hot pressing efficiency: the compressed slab has better thermal conductivity, and can reach the core layer target temperature faster in the hot press, shorten the hot pressing cycle, and increase production.
Particleboard airflow laying machine: realize multi-layer structure laying (fine material surface layer/coarse material core layer), continuous flat pressing provides stable density and excellent surface quality
