★ What is the Continuous Flat Press Line?
The OSB Continuous Flat Press Production Line is the core equipment system for the production of Oriented Strand Board. It adopts the continuous hot pressing process to achieve efficient and automated large-scale production. Compared with the traditional intermittent multi-layer press, this technology has significant advantages such as high output, low energy consumption and stable product quality
The Continuous press line can be designed to be different length as the required capacity, such as 24 meters, 26 meters, 30 meters, 42 meters and so on, to satisfy the OSB /PB /MDF production capacity 300,000~600,000 m3/per year
★ The Main Components of Continuous Press
1. Press frame (Supports the entire press and withstands the tremendous pressure during the hot pressing process)
Upper/lower crossbeam: Cast from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated
Column: Diameter 400-600mm, preload design
Basic frame: Seismic design, installation accuracy ±0.1mm/m
2. Heat plates (Provide uniform heat transfer)
Material: Special alloy steel (such as 42CrMo4)
Thickness: 80-120mm
Surface hardness: HRC45-50
Flatness: ≤0.05mm/m²
3. Steel belt system (Continuously convey the slabs and transfer the pressure)
Material: Special alloy steel (such as X5CrNi18-10)
Thickness: 1.5-2.5mm
Surface treatment: Mirror polishing (Ra≤0.2μm)
Tensile strength: ≥1200MPa
4. Hydraulic system (Offer the accurate pressure control)
Main oil cylinder: Working pressure 25-35MPa
Proportional valve: Control accuracy ±0.5%
Accumulator: Stabilizes pressure fluctuations
Servo system: Response time <10ms
5. Temperature control system (Precise temperature control in different zones)
Number of zones: 8-12 zones
Temperature control range: Room temperature -280℃
Temperature uniformity: ±2℃ (plate surface)
6. Driving system
Main drive motor: 400-800kW
Reducer: Planetary gear structure
Drive roller: Surface treated with hard alloy
