Hot press is one core equipment for making plywood board, it can be designed to be different layers and pressure and size as plywood size and different requirements.

One set Hot press includes: Hot plates, Heating system, Hydraulic system, Electric system

The Hot pressing time can be different as different production technique, as 18mm plywood, one set 15 layers Hot press's pressing time can be 20-30mins

When Hot press layers become more like 20, 25, 30, 32, 35, even 40, it will be not suitable by manual input plywod, because it will be very low efficiency. If Hot press equipped with Auto loader and unloader, it will greatly improve production capacity and work efficiency.
