First Shipment of June – Our Veneer Production Line Sets Sail!

June has just begun, and with the early summer heat in the air, we've already made our first shipment of the month. And this one is no small deal – it's a complete veneer peeling production line, from log input to veneer stacking, all in one go!

To be honest, getting these machines ready wasn't a simple task. Every piece of equipment went through weeks of meticulous work by our skilled technicians – from parts fabrication and assembly, to wiring and hydraulic system tuning. No detail was overlooked. After assembly, each machine underwent repeated no-load test runs and material-feeding trials to ensure smooth operation, even veneer thickness, and flawless surface quality. Only then did they pass the first checkpoint.

Here's our star lineup for this shipment:

 Log saw : cuts logs into precise lengths with clean, straight edges, setting the perfect starting point for debarking and peeling;  

Debarker : quickly and efficiently removes bark while minimizing damage to the wood surface, ensuring better veneer quality down the line;  

Veneer peeler : the heart of the entire line, spinning logs like a roll of paper into continuous, thin veneer sheets with uniform thickness and a smooth finish. It's fast, reliable, and the reason our customers keep coming back;  

 Stacker : automatically collects and stacks each veneer sheet in perfect order, eliminating manual handling and keeping the production line running non-stop;  

Lifting table : flexibly adjusts height to match different workstations, making loading, unloading, and transferring materials effortless, and greatly reducing physical strain on workers.

Once the machines passed all tests, the real "heavy lifting" began. To survive the long ocean voyage, our team carefully disassembled each machine, wrapped vulnerable parts individually, added foam padding and wooden supports for sensitive components, and then wrapped everything in stretch film and steel strapping. Layer after layer of protection – like dressing your own child for a freezing winter – we made sure nothing would budge during transit.

On container-loading day, forklifts moved back and forth as our crew skillfully guided each machine into the containers, checking every support point, tightening every strap, and securing every wedge. After several days of hard work, watching those container doors slowly close and the seals being snapped on – that feeling of relief and pride was truly overwhelming.

Now, the machines are on their way to Qingdao Port, waiting to board the vessel and cross the ocean to our customer's production site.
