Multi-Opening Hot press

The Multi-opening Hot Press is the core equipment for the production of artificial boards (such as particleboard, density board and oriented strand board). It presses wood raw materials (shavings, fibers or scraps) and adhesives into boards through high temperature and high pressure.

Mainly structure of Hot press

◇ Heating method:

Steam heating (low cost, but large temperature fluctuations)

Heat transfer oil (precise temperature control, suitable for high-density boards)

Electric heating (energy-saving, but with a high initial investment).

◇ Hydraulic system

The proportional valve controls the pressure curve to prevent the slab from being "overpressurized" or "underpressurized".

◇ Automatic control

The PLC system regulates temperature, pressure and time in real time to meet the requirements of different thicknesses/densities
