We're closing out June with another big milestone!
Right on the heels of our first shipment earlier this month, we've just completed our second batch of the month – this time heading to Turkey. The shipment includes core plywood processing equipment: a plywood grinder, hot press, cold press, and semi-automatic paper laminating machine. But what makes this shipment extra special is that the customer himself flew all the way to our factory, inspected every machine in person, ran live tests, and gave us a full green light before we even started packing.
To be fair, this Turkish customer was very thorough. He didn't just sign off casually – he carefully checked each machine, watched them run with actual materials, and measured key parameters with his own instruments. Fortunately, our equipment passed with flying colors. Smooth operation, flat and strong plywood samples, perfectly laminated surfaces – everything met his standards. At the end, he smiled and simply said, "Everything is good." That one sentence made all our hard work worth it.
Once the customer gave his approval, the real "heavy lifting" began – disassembly, wrapping, stretch-film coating, and steel-strapping. Our workers handled each machine like a precision instrument, carefully disassembling parts, adding foam padding to vulnerable areas, wrapping every corner tightly, covering with multiple layers of stretch film, and finally securing everything with steel bands. No shortcut was taken – because we know these machines have a long ocean voyage ahead.
On loading day, forklifts moved back and forth, cranes lifted heavy loads, and our crew guided each machine smoothly into the containers with coordinated teamwork. Every support point was double-checked and reinforced. Finally, the containers were sealed and the shipment departed from Qingdao Port, now sailing toward the customer's production site in Turkey.
Let me briefly introduce the stars of this shipment:
Plywood grinder : specially designed for sharpening blades used on veneer peeling machines and hot presses. A sharp blade means smoother veneer and more accurate dimensions – this machine is the unsung hero that keeps production efficient and quality high;
Plywood hot press : the absolute heart of any plywood production line! Using high temperature and high pressure, it bonds multiple glued veneer layers into one solid, high-strength panel. With precise temperature control and stable pressure, it delivers flat, strong boards that define the final product quality;
Plywood cold press : the "warm-up act" before hot pressing. It pre-presses the assembled veneer stack to expel air and create initial bonding, laying a solid foundation for the hot press with even pressure and reliable holding time;
Semi-automatic paper laminating machine : applies decorative paper or veneer to plywood surfaces. Easy to operate, accurate in positioning, and bubble-free – it's several times more efficient than manual laminating and a great way to boost both the appearance and added value of the finished panels.
Watching those big machines neatly packed into containers and slowly rolling out of our factory gate gave us a deep sense of pride and anticipation. Pride for the hard work our team has put in – and anticipation for the day these machines start running on a Turkish factory floor, creating real value for our customer.
