At the end of June 2026, our core team traveled to São Paulo, Brazil to grandly exhibit at the Brazil International Furniture Accessories and Woodworking Machinery Exhibition (ForMóbile), held from June 30 to July 3. As the largest and most influential furniture and woodworking industry event in Latin America, this year's exhibition brought together more than 550 brands from around the world and attracted over 50,000 professional visitors. This was also our company's first appearance at this exhibition in recent years.
To seize this strategic opportunity for expanding into the South American market, our company carefully created a double-open special exhibition booth, fully demonstrating our corporate strength and brand image through professional design and decoration. During the exhibition, our booth attracted a large number of professional buyers who stopped by for discussions, showing strong interest in our artificial board machinery and equipment in particular.
At this exhibition, we focused on showcasing four core production lines covering the entire artificial board production process:
Veneer Production Line Equipment: Centered on the rotary peeling machine, it efficiently processes logs into standardized veneers. Our rotary peeling unit features high precision and high stability, adaptable to a variety of wood raw materials, providing high-quality substrates for subsequent plywood production.
Plywood Production Line Equipment: It covers the complete processes of glue application, assembly, pre-pressing, and hot-press forming. The drum glue spreader achieves uniform double-sided glue application, and together with the continuous hot press, it ensures board bonding strength and production efficiency.
Particleboard Production Line Equipment: From chipping, flaking, drying and screening to glue application, mat forming, and hot-press forming, the entire line operates in coordinated fashion. The continuous flat-press production line is capable of 24-hour non-stop production, making it the mainstream choice for large-scale production.
MDF Production Line Equipment: Using the dry process, it produces medium- and high-density fiberboards through thermo-mechanical fiber separation, glue application and drying, mat forming and pre-pressing, and hot-press forming. The production line is equipped with a PLC automatic control system, ensuring precise and controllable process parameters.
At the exhibition site, buyers made detailed inquiries about the dimensions and specifications, motor power, working principles, production capacity and efficiency, and degree of automation of each machine. Our team provided professional answers one by one and gathered a large number of potential cooperation intentions. This exhibition not only effectively enhanced the company's brand awareness in the South American market, but also laid a solid foundation for further deepening our business development across Latin America.
