The Shanghai International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition has entered its most intense phase. If the first day was a delightful opening with a full house, then the next two days, in the words of our colleagues on site, were a truly fulfilling time of "never touching the ground and always on the go."
From early morning on the second day, our booth was packed with visitors. Unlike the first day, the visitors on these two days were more purposeful—they were no longer simply strolling around, but came with factory floor plans, production capacity demand sheets, and even raw material samples, clearly having come prepared.
In-depth connections with professional buyers, and heartfelt technical exchanges.
A customer from Turkey stood in front of the video demonstration screen of our fully automated plywood production line for a full two hours, bringing with him a detailed layout of his factory. We didn't have the actual equipment on site, but this actually made the communication more focused— our team directly opened the 3D model animation, breaking down the connection logic and equipment parameters of each process from the inlet to the outlet. After watching each video segment, the customer would ask about a detail, and we would explain it to him using drawings and data.
The standalone equipment section was equally bustling. We prepared a slow-motion close-up video showcasing the high-precision machining of the fully automatic roller sawing machine, magnifying the smoothness and dimensional tolerances of the sawn cut surface. Many customers watched the video repeatedly. At the multi-layer hot press, we played a comparative animation of different layer configurations. The most frequently asked questions were "Can the number of layers be customized?" and "How long does quick mold change take?" We provided satisfactory answers to each question. The veneer dryer, with its realistic energy consumption comparison charts and hot air circulation simulation animation, successfully impressed several European customers, who immediately requested detailed technical specifications.
Intentions were put into practice in quick succession, and cooperation frameworks were reached intensively.
If the first two days were a "wide net" style of technical exchange, then the last two days have clearly felt like the "net-catching" phase. Many clients who had in-depth discussions on the first day returned to our booth, bringing more specific business terms and technical details, getting straight to the point.
Over the past two days, we've received more than 20 potential clients , and reached preliminary cooperation agreements with two of them on-site . We've exchanged a thick stack of business cards, and the negotiation area at our booth has been almost constantly occupied.
In the past two days, we have gained not only orders and intentions, but also the full recognition of our technical solutions and professional capabilities from global customers. Even without the roaring machines on the exhibition stand, we have still moved friends from all over the world with our brochures, videos, drawings and sincere communication.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, raised doubts, or offered suggestions. It is you who have made our products better and better.
