This was never a simple relocation. It was a ground-up rebuilding of our production capability—from processes to people, from equipment to environment.
Eighteen months ago, we stood on a plot of overgrown land, blueprints in hand and dust underfoot. Today, that same plot holds a brand-new, 10,000+ m² factory—bright, busy, and fully operational.
Step One: Laying the groundwork.
We spent months conducting on-site geological surveys, engaging with local authorities, and securing a full suite of permits—planning, construction, environmental, and safety approvals. Every document, every review meeting, every revision paved the way for what was to come.
Step Two: Building the structure.
Foundation excavation, reinforced concrete works, steel-frame erection, roof cladding, and the installation of power, water, and lighting systems—all executed in tightly coordinated phases. Our rule was simple: inspect every hidden component before covering it up, leaving no room for shortcuts.
Step Three: Passing the tests.
Fire safety, environmental compliance, structural integrity—we faced each mandatory inspection head-on, made adjustments where needed, and passed every one. By the end of last year, we held all the final clearance certificates, giving us the green light for the move.
Step Four: Making the move.
We adopted a phased relocation strategy—moving equipment and personnel in batches while keeping the old plant running for active orders. The transition was seamless: no production downtime, no rushed installations, just a smooth handover from old to new.
More than just a bigger space.
Inside our 10,000+ m² workshop, you'll find wide aisles, abundant natural light, high-durability flooring, and a clean, uncluttered layout. Gone are the cramped corners and inefficient material flows of the past.
Our real edge, however, lies in the equipment.
While retaining our full existing line of wood-based panel machinery production capabilities, we have invested in a large-format fiber laser cutting system and high-tonnage CNC press brakes. Laser precision now reaches micrometer levels, and bending angles are consistently stable. This translates into higher-quality standard models and more agile custom-engineered solutions—exactly what our global customers demand.
What we built over these 18 months is not just a factory—it's a manufacturing ecosystem for the future.
The new plant is the vessel; the new machines are the tools. But our core belief remains unchanged: every piece of wood-based panel equipment we make must be reliable, durable, and easy to maintain. With this new base, we are ready to deliver that promise with greater speed, precision, and scale.
We extend a genuine invitation: come see our new facility, walk the shop floor, discuss your projects, and judge our quality for yourself. We'll have hot tea ready—and a whole lot of sincerity.
