- Mixed raw material scheme:
Particleboard: Add 20-30% wood chips to enhance strength.
MDF: Mix 10-20% long-fiber materials (such as straw, waste paper pulp) to improve fiber interweaving.
- Adhesive upgrade
Use MDI adhesive (with good water resistance and low dosage) to make up for the bonding defects of rice husks.
- Surface treatment:
