I. MDF
MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is a homogeneous panel made from lignocellulosic fibers bonded with resin under heat/pressure.
Structural Features:
Density: 0.65–0.80 g/cm³ (5mm board: ≥0.75 g/cm³)
Cross-section: Surface: Compacted fiber layer (density↑15%) → Core: Interlaced homogeneous fibers
Isotropy: Internal bond ≥0.75MPa
II. Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation
Bagasse cleaning → Pith removal (≤8%) → Washing (sugar residue <0.3%) → Crushing (20–30mm)
2. Fiber Processing

2.0MPa × 60s 190℃ × 3.5MPa × 125s
Pre-press ------------------------> Mat stabilization -------> Main Pres ---------------------------------->Density gradient --> Trimming
