Continuous operation mode avoids the significant energy losses associated with the frequent opening/closing of multi-opening presses.


Advanced heating control systems (typically thermal oil or steam) and insulation technology ensure high thermal efficiency.


Precise glue application systems minimize resin waste.


Reduced sanding lowers abrasive consumption and dust handling burden.




Flexibility & Adaptability:


Compatible with various raw materials: small-diameter logs, thinnings, wood processing residues (shavings, sawdust, chips), recycled wood, etc.


Capable of producing particleboard in different specifications and thicknesses (typically 6mm to 40mm+, common widths 1220mm/1830mm/2440mm).


Can produce standard particleboard, moisture-resistant (MR) particleboard, fire-retardant (FR) particleboard (requires corresponding configuration), and other types.


Easy adjustment of production parameters to adapt to market demand changes.
