II. Production Process & Key Equipment 


1. Raw Material Section  

Equipment:  

  Drum chipper (Φ1600mm cutter, 315kW, output chips 30×40×5mm)  

  3-stage counterflow washing (sand content <100 ppm)  

Daily consumption:  

  Oven-dry wood: 310 tons (620 tons at 50% MC)  

  Resin: 11 tons (65% solids UF resin)

2. Fiber Preparation

4. Finishing System
