Designed for high-end furniture manufacturing, this fully automated continuous flat-pressing line delivers a daily output of 600m³, producing eco-friendly particleboards with standard dimensions of 1830×2440mm and a thickness of 25mm.
 
Integrated with formaldehyde-free processing, the base material’s formaldehyde emission is stably controlled at 0.018mg/m³ (only 1/3 of China’s E0 standard). Certified by FSC and CARB-NAF, the line supports integrated pressing of melamine-impregnated paper, CPL, PVC, and other finishes, providing global users with an efficient "substrate + finish" manufacturing solution.

Process Flow of Particleboard Production Line  


1. Raw Material Processing Section  

   Wood chipping → Screening (impurity removal) → Particle drying (moisture content 8-12%)  

   Key equipment: Drum chipper, Triple-pass rotary dryer (heated by biomass hot-air furnace)  


2. Resin Application & Forming Section  

   Eco-friendly adhesive: E0-grade modified UF resin (formaldehyde emission ≤0.3mg/L)  

   Precision gluing: High-pressure atomizing nozzles + dynamic weighing system (resin dosage error ≤±1.5%)  

   Forming method: Mechanical + pneumatic two-stage forming (creating graduated density structure surface/core)  


3. Continuous Flat-Pressing Section (Core stage)  

   Equipment: 8-opening continuous flat-press (total length ≥45m)  

   Process parameters:  

     Temperature: 190-210°C (zone-specific precision control)  

     Pressure: 0-5MPa stepless regulation  

     Speed: 8-15m/min (~12m/min for 25mm board)  


4. Post-Processing Section
