Ⅰ. Particleboard: Core Characteristics
Particleboard is an engineered wood product made from wood particles (e.g., pine, poplar, recycled wood) bonded under heat and pressure using synthetic resins (UF/PF).
Key attributes include:
Homogeneous Structure: Oriented layering balances longitudinal/transverse strength (MOR ≥18MPa, EN 312 compliant);
Eco-Adaptability: Capable of E0-grade (formaldehyde ≤0.05ppm), moisture-resistant (V313), and fire-retardant variants;

Ⅱ. Continuous Flat Press Technology
1. Core process
The continuous flat press operates via steel belt conveyance, compressing mat continuously through staged heating zones:
Feeding Zone: Formatted mat enters press at constant speed (controlled by chain conveyors);
Pressing Zone:
Preheating (180-200℃): Surface pre-curing;
High-Pressure (220±5℃): 2500-ton pressure achieves core density of 650-800kg/m³;
Stabilization: Pressure gradient release minimizes internal stress;
Exit Zone: Boards are cooled, trimmed, and stacked.
Advantage: 50%+ higher output vs. batch presses, thickness tolerance ≤±0.15mm.
2. Core Structure and Composition
Hot press plate system: Composed of multiple heating plates, the interior is heated by heat transfer oil or steam to provide uniform temperature.
Steel belt system: Two circulating steel belts (upper and lower) hold the slabs and run continuously to ensure uniform pressure transmission.
Hydraulic system: Pressure is applied through hydraulic cylinders, and the pressing force in different areas can be adjusted in sections.
Control system: PLC or computer control, real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed.
Auxiliary equipment: includes paving machines, pre-pressing machines, cooling sections, sawing systems, etc.

3. Technical advantages
Continuous production: Compared with intermittent presses (such as multi-layer hot presses), production efficiency is greatly improved.
Stable quality: pressure and temperature are evenly distributed, the density of the board is highly consistent, the internal stress is small, and it is not easy to deform.
