Glued wet particles are fed into multiple forming heads via a metering conveyor. Inside each head, a high-speed mechanical throwing roller projects the particles onto the continuously moving forming belt below. By adjusting roller speeds, gate openings, and particle screening, fine surface particles and coarse core particles can be spread separately, forming a three-layer structured mat. The mat is then pre-compressed and conveyed to the hot press.
