Product Description
The steam-heated fully automatic multi-layer hot press is an advanced device specifically used for particleboard hot pressing. It uses high-temperature steam as the heating medium to heat and press the mat through hot platens, curing the adhesive and firmly bonding the wood particles into a panel with specific strength and thickness. The multi-layer design allows pressing multiple boards simultaneously in one closing cycle, achieving extremely high production efficiency.

Working Principle
Loading: The formed particleboard mats are automatically fed between each layer of hot platens by a loader.
Closing: The hydraulic system drives the moving beam upward, tightly closing all hot platens and applying initial pressure to the mats.
Pressing & Heating: The main cylinders apply the set forming pressure while steam enters the internal channels of the hot platens, rapidly heating the mats to the adhesive curing temperature (typically 120-200°C).
Pressure & Temperature Holding: The set pressure and temperature are maintained for a specified time to ensure complete adhesive curing.
Pressure Release & Unloading: The steam circuit is opened to reduce pressure, and the hydraulic system reverses to open the press. The finished boards are automatically pushed out and sent to the next process.
