Main components of a continuous press
1. Hot Pressing System
Upper and lower heating platens with thermal oil or steam heating to cure the adhesive.

High-strength alloy steel belts and drive chains for continuous mat transport and pressure transmission.
3. Hydraulic System
Main cylinders provide pressing force; gap adjustment cylinders control panel thickness; hydraulic power unit supplies energy.
4. Feeding & Guiding System
Guides the mat smoothly into the press, including a pre-compression section and inlet sealing.
5. Drive & Transmission System
Variable-frequency motor and gearbox drive the belts; synchronization control ensures equal speed of upper and lower belts.
