Main production equipment
Raw Material Processing Equipment: Drum chipper, long wood flaker, wood chip screener
Used to process wood raw materials (small-diameter wood, branches, processing residues, etc.) into qualified wood chips, screen out impurities, and lay the foundation for subsequent particle preparation. It can flexibly switch processing modes according to the type of raw materials.
Particle Preparation Equipment: Ring flaker, particle sander
Process qualified wood chips into uniformly thick and thin particles, divided into surface particles and core particles, to meet the structural needs of different boards and improve the bonding strength and surface flatness of the boards.
Low Energy Consumption Drying System: High-efficiency rotary dryer (or channel dryer), hot air circulation system, waste gas recovery device.
The core equipment adopts energy-saving heating technology to realize uniform drying of particles, and the energy consumption is more than 20% lower than that of traditional drying equipment. At the same time, it is equipped with a waste gas recovery system to reduce energy waste and environmental pollution. The moisture content of the dried particles can be accurately controlled at 18-20% to ensure the effect of subsequent gluing and hot pressing.
Gluing Equipment: Automatic glue mixer, ring glue mixer, adopting PLC automatic metering control to realize uniform mixing of glue and particles.
The glue application amount can be flexibly adjusted according to the board specifications to reduce glue waste and improve the environmental performance of the boards. It can be adapted to environmentally friendly adhesives such as MDI glue.
Paving Equipment: Mobile air flow paver (or mechanical grading paver)
Realizing uniform paving of particles with a paving accuracy of within ±3.5%, forming a particle board blank with a fine and uniform upper and lower surface and a gradient structure, ensuring uniform board thickness and consistent density.
Hot Pressing Equipment: Single-layer/multi-layer hot press (or continuous hot press)
Adopting intelligent temperature and pressure control system to accurately control the hot pressing temperature, pressure and time, ensuring full curing of particles and glue, improving the strength and stability of the boards. The appropriate type of press can be selected according to the production capacity demand.
Post-processing Equipment: Vertical and horizontal edge saw, wide-band sander, cooling machine, stacking machine
Used for edge sawing, sanding and cooling the hot-pressed rough board, removing edge waste, making the board size accurate and surface smooth, and finally automatically stacking for subsequent storage and transportation.
Control System: PLC intelligent control system, touch screen operation panel
Realizing full-process automatic control, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, adjustment of production parameters, automatic fault alarm, reducing manual operation, improving production efficiency and equipment stability, and realizing digital and visual management and control of the production process.
