I. Basic Concept of Construction Formwork  


Definition: Custom-developed continuous flat press for high-strength film-faced particleboard (reuse ≥20 cycles), requiring:

High-Pressure Capability: Max. working pressure ≥7MPa (vs. 3-4MPa for furniture board)

High-Temperature Stability: Platen temperature 220±1°C (for rapid MDI curing)

Anti-Stick Treatment: Resolves adhesion from high resin content (surface resin ≥12%)

Gradient Pressing: Achieves differentiated density control (surface ≥950kg/m³, core ≥750kg/m³)

Evolution: Disposable wood formwork → Steel formwork → High-strength film-faced particleboard formwork (current mainstream, >60% market share).
