Particleboard:
A panel formed by hot pressing wood or non-wood plant particles (flakes, sawdust, etc.) blended with adhesive. It features a homogeneous structure and low cost, widely used as furniture substrate and decorative backing.
Continuous Hot Press:
Utilizes circulating steel belts to carry the mat continuously through a high-temperature, high-pressure zone for curing. Compared to batch-type multi-opening presses, it offers core advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and consistent quality.
