Ⅳ.The surface smoothness realization process of furniture-grade MDF
Hot pressing stage: The mirror steel strip is directly pressed to form an initial smooth surface (Ra ≈ 0.8-1.2μm).
Sanding stage:
1.The thick sand belt is fixed by four sand frames (the particle size of the sand belt is refined step by step: P80→P150→P240→P320).
2.The final surface Ra value can be controlled to 0.3-0.5μm, meeting the requirements of UV coating or PVC veneer.
