This product is a complete industrial-scale production line designed to manufacture Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) using 100% recycled fiber as raw material. The line is specifically engineered to process secondary resources such as waste wood, discarded furniture panels, used construction formwork, wooden packaging waste, and certain agricultural residues, transforming them into high-quality MDF panels that meet international standards through advanced fiber regeneration technology.

The equipment covers the entire process from raw waste material treatment to finished panel packaging, including: waste material crushing and sorting, fiber regeneration refining, high-precision glue application, high-efficiency drying, air-flow/mechanical forming, continuous hot pressing, post-processing cooling and stacking, sanding, and edge trimming. The entire line adopts modular design and intelligent centralized control, enabling a high degree of automation with minimal manual intervention.

The core value lies in completely eliminating dependence on virgin wood, significantly reducing raw material costs, while actively supporting global carbon reduction and circular economy initiatives. The physical and mechanical properties of the finished panels meet or exceed GB and EN 622-5 standards, making them widely applicable in furniture, packaging, architectural decoration, and other civil and industrial sectors.

The fully recycled fiber MDF complete production equipment consists of the following core sections:
