System Design Philosophy & Positioning
This system is built around the core design philosophy of "all-weather continuous operation." From equipment selection, structural design, material choices, to control system configuration, durability, redundancy, and maintainability are given top priority. The system is designed for a service life of no less than 20 years, with over 330 operating days per year, effective daily operation of no less than 22 hours, and a target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of ≥90%.
(1) Raw Material Preparation Section
Dual chipper configuration in parallel (one primary, one standby) ensures uninterrupted raw material supply.
Equipped with metal detectors and strong magnetic separators to prevent metallic foreign objects from entering downstream equipment.

(2) Refining Section
The main refiner features a heavy-duty main shaft and high-precision mechanical seals, with bearings equipped with on-line vibration monitoring and automatic lubrication systems.
The steam system uses dual boilers in parallel for steam supply, with steam pressure fluctuation controlled within ±0.05MPa.
Refiner plate gap is automatically adjusted via hydraulic servo control, ensuring long-term fiber quality consistency.

(3) Drying Section
The inner wall of the three-pass dryer is treated with hardfacing weld overlay, extending service life to more than 1.5 times that of standard equipment.
Equipped with multi-point temperature monitoring and automatic fire suppression systems (nitrogen or steam), ensuring safe operation of the high-temperature section.
Multiple cleaning and inspection doors are provided along the drying duct for convenient on-line cleaning.

(4) Gluing Section
The glue application system uses dual metering pumps operating in parallel, allowing single-pump maintenance without line stoppage.
Equipped with on-line viscometers and densitometers, providing real-time feedback on adhesive status and automatically compensating glue application rates.

(5) Forming & Hot Pressing Section
The forming machine is equipped with automatic cleaning and anti-clogging devices to maintain long-term mat uniformity.

The continuous flat press (CPS) steel belts are made of high-fatigue-life alloy, equipped with automatic belt tracking and on-line belt grinding systems.
The hot press heating system uses thermal oil with independent zone control, maintaining temperature deviation within ±1.5℃.

(6) Post-Treatment Section
The sander is equipped with an automatic belt changing mechanism, reducing belt change time to within 15 minutes.
Each machine along the line is provided with maintenance access and lifting points for quick replacement of large components.
