Integrating advanced rotary drum drying technology, intelligent temperature control systems, and high-efficiency hot air circulation technology, this equipment provides continuous, rapid, and uniform drying of high-moisture wood chips, ensuring output moisture content is stably controlled between 2%-5%, fully meeting the requirements of particleboard hot-pressing processes.



Working Principle  


Wet wood chips are continuously fed into the rotating drying drum through the feeding device. The drum interior features specially designed lifting plates that continuously lift and scatter the chips during rotation, ensuring full contact with high-temperature hot air from the hot air furnace. The hot air and wet chips undergo co-current or counter-current heat exchange inside the drum, with moisture rapidly evaporating and being discharged with exhaust gases. The dried chips are continuously discharged from the outlet end for the next production stage. The entire drying process—including temperature, feeding speed, and drum rotation speed—is monitored and adjusted in real-time by the control system to ensure consistent drying results.
