Working Principle
Wet fiber continuously enters the high-velocity hot air duct through a rotary valve, where it is dispersed and suspended in the turbulent hot airflow. The hot air (160°C – 220°C) transfers heat to the fiber, causing internal moisture to evaporate rapidly. The dried fiber, along with the humid air, enters a cyclone separator, where centrifugal force separates the dried fiber from the moist air. The separated fiber settles into a storage bin for later use, while the exhaust air is purified and released or partially recirculated back to the heating system. Built-in humidity sensors provide real-time feedback to adjust feed rate or air temperature, achieving precise moisture content control.
