 | Particleboard production process |
1. Raw Material Processing: Debarked pine logs cut into flakes (20-40mm) by drum flaker
2. Drying & Screening: Rotary dryer reduces moisture to 3-5% (inlet temp 180-220℃)→ Vibrating screen separates surface/core layer flakes
3. Blending & Gluing: Core layer sprayed with UF resin (10-12%), surface layer with MUF resin (8-10%)→ High-speed centrifugal blender
4. Forming & Pre-pressing: Graded structure formed by mechanical former→ Continuous pre-press for initial compaction
5. Hot Pressing: 8-opening press line (195-210℃, 3.5-4.0MPa, 4.5min/mm curing)
6. Post-processing: 24h conditioning→ Double-side calibrating sander (±0.1mm tolerance)→ Cross-cutting to 1250×2500mm
