Production Process  


1. Raw Material Pre-processing    

Wood Crushing : Process mixed wood scraps (branches ≤150mm dia.), small-diameter logs, and sawmill residues. Drum debarker removes bark (impurity content <0.5%).  

Flaking : Ring flaker produces 20-40mm wood flakes, graded by triple-deck screen (surface flakes: 0.2-0.5mm; core flakes: 0.5-2mm).  

Washing : High-pressure spray system removes soil/metals (residual impurities ≤0.01%).  

2. Drying & Sorting    

Pneumatic Drying : Rotary dryer (350℃ inlet) reduces moisture from 45% to 3±1% (30% energy recovery from exhaust heat).  

AI Sorting : Infrared spectrometer automatically rejects moldy/discolored flakes (yield rate 99.2%).  

3. Glue Blending & Forming    

Eco-friendly Glue Application :  

 → Core layer: 8-10% MDI glue + 0.5% paraffin waterproofer  

 → Surface layer: 6-8% E0 urea-formaldehyde resin + 0.3% hardener  

Oriented Layering :  

 → Mechanical spreaders create gradient structure:  

    Surface: Fine flakes (enhance density)  

    Transition layer  

   Core: Coarse flakes (improve MOR)

4. Hot Pressing

5. Post-processing    

Curing : 48hr conditioning (25℃/RH60%) for stress relief.  

Calibrating Sanding : 4-head sander (120 →240 grit) controls thickness tolerance ±0.2mm.  

Trimming : Cross-cut & rip saws produce 1220×2440mm panels (waste rate ≤3%).  

6. Quality Control

 → X-ray densitometer: Real-time density profile (core/surface ratio 1:1.3)  

 → Laser thickness gauge: Scans every 10s  

Lab Testing  :  

 → GB/T 4897 standards: MOR (≥16MPa), IB strength (≥0.45MPa), 24h thickness swelling (≤12%)  

7. Packaging & Storage    

Auto-stacking : Robotic arms stack 50 sheets/pallet, PE stretch-wrapped for moisture protection.  

Smart Warehousing : Automated storage (50,000m³ capacity) with WMS, controlled at 20±5℃ & 40-50% RH.
