Production Process  

1. Log Processing: Debarked mixed hardwood logs cut into 2.5m sections, softened by 100℃ steam  

2. Stranding: Disk flakers produce oriented strands (100mm length × 0.6mm thickness)  

3. Drying & Screening: Rotary dryer reduces moisture to 3%, vibrating screens filter qualified strands  

4. Blending & Gluing: Surface/core strands separately coated with 8-10% phenolic resin (PF)  

5. Oriented Layup: Cross-layered 3-ply structure (surface layer longitudinal + core layer transverse), density variation <5%  

6. Hot Pressing: Continuous press (200℃, 1500psi) cures for 120 seconds  

7. Conditioning & Cutting: Stress-relieved in climate-controlled chamber for 24hrs, sanded and cut to 1250×2500mm  

8. Waterproofing: Nano-silane water repellent spray achieves 0.5mm penetration depth  

9. QC & Packaging: Density graded by X-ray scanner, packed with moisture-proof film + wooden pallets

Operating Principle: Logs are radially cut by a high-speed rotating ring cutter (800-1200rpm). Hydraulic pushers feed logs at constant speed, with strand length controlled by feed rate.

Operating Principle: Wet strands tumble in an inclined rotating drum (3-5° tilt) under hot air (180-220℃). Moisture is exhausted via rear ducts, with drying process controlled by humidity sensors.

Operating Principle: Dry strands are coated with atomized resin in a rotating drum. Dual application (pneumatic nozzles + mechanical scattering) ensures uniformity, with glue volume metered by mass flow controllers.

Operating Principle: Mat is compressed between two continuous steel belts with zonal pressure control (1500psi front → 800psi rear). Heated plates (200℃ via thermal oil) cure resin, with belt speed determining thickness.

Operating Principle: Boards are thickness-calibrated via dual-face sanding (40→120 grit progression), then cut to length by flying saws with simultaneous edge profiling/chamfering.

Waterproof Mechanism  

Triple Protection:  

1. Resin Sealing: Phenolic resin forms waterproof mesh (contact angle >110°) during hot pressing  

2. Structural Barrier: Cross-layered strands block vertical water penetration  

3. Surface Treatment: Nano-silane coating creates lotus effect (water bead roll-off time <3 sec)  

▶ Performance: <8% thickness swelling after 4hrs boiling (EN 300 requirement: ≤15%)
