Formula optimization:
Add nano-silicon dioxide to enhance the fiber bonding force, with static bending strength ≥ 35 MPa (over 28% of the national standard);
Use environmentally friendly PMDI resin instead of urea-formaldehyde glue, with formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.015 mg/m³ (EN 717-1);
Process control:
Spray-vapor pre-treatment: Saturated steam penetrates the core layer of the billet, increasing the temperature by 20°C and shortening the hot pressing time by 30%
Gradient drying technology: Three-channel drum dryer (200°C) stabilizes the fiber moisture content at 2-4%

1. Raw Material Pre-Treatment
Debarked logs chipped into 20-30mm flakes, cleaned via hydrocyclone to remove sand/metals
Flakes soaked in 85℃ hot water for 45 minutes to soften lignin
2. Fiber Preparation
Refiner defibrates fibers at 175℃/0.8MPa (fiber length 0.8-1.2mm, aspect ratio ≥60:1)
0.5% wax emulsion added for water resistance
3. Warp-Resistant Formulation
Fibers blended with 10-12% PMDI resin in twin-shaft mixer
