Working Principle
Wet fibers enter the drying drum via the feeding device. Under the rotation and lifting plate action of the drum, fibers are evenly dispersed and fully contact with high-temperature hot air from the hot air furnace. Moisture is rapidly evaporated, while exhaust gases are treated through a dust removal and purification system. The dried fibers are discharged to the next process. Closed-loop temperature control and variable frequency adjustment ensure energy efficiency and environmental protection.
