Ⅱ. OSB Continuous Press Line
Workflow
1.Raw material preparation: After the logs are debarked and processed by the wood chipper, the wet wood chips are stored in the wood chip storage bin.
2.Drying and screening: The wet wood chips are dried by the dryer, and then the surface and core wood chips are separated by the screening machine.
3.Gluing and paving forming:The dried wood chips are mixed with adhesive in the glue machine, and then paved into slabs in a specific direction by the paving machine.
4.Pre-pressing and hot pressing: The slabs are first pre-pressed by the pre-pressing machine, and then enter the hot press for high temperature and high pressure treatment.
5.Cooling and cutting: The hot-pressed boards are cooled and cut in the cooling and cutting equipment.
6.Sanding and packaging: The cut boards are processed by the sanding machine to achieve the required thickness and surface quality, and finally packaged.
