The line adopts either continuous flat-press technology or multi-daylight press technology (optional based on customer needs), integrated with an intelligent PLC control system and online thickness detection feedback devices. It enables automatic thickness correction throughout the entire process—from forming, pre-pressing, hot pressing, to post-treatment. Whether producing thin boards (2.5mm) or thick boards (40mm), excellent thickness uniformity and surface quality are consistently achieved.

This equipment is suitable for various fiber raw materials including poplar, pine, eucalyptus, and mixed hardwood, with production capacity ranging from 50,000 m³/year to 300,000 m³/year. It is an ideal choice for new board plants or upgrading existing lines.
