Core Design and Production Capacity
Customizable Formats: The production line is flexibly configurable, primarily producing international standard sizes such as 1220×2440mm (4×8 feet) and 1830×3660mm (6×12 feet), while also supporting custom rectangular formats (e.g., 2440×5490mm oversized boards) to meet non-standard requirements in specialized fields like construction, shipbuilding, and furniture.
Adaptable Product Types: Beyond standard particleboard, it can produce Medium/High-Density Fiberboard (MDF/HDF), Oriented Strand Board (OSB), and moisture-resistant/fire-retardant boards by adjusting process parameters and configurations.
Capacity Range: The designed single-line annual capacity is configurable based on client needs, typically ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 cubic meters, supporting continuous, large-scale production.

Complete Process Flow and Core Equipment

The line covers the entire process from raw material handling to finished product packaging, comprising the following key sections:
Raw Material Preparation Section: Utilizes chippers, flakers, and grinders to process wood (logs, branches, recycled wood) or non-wood fiber materials into qualified flakes/fibers. Equipped with screening and re-crushing systems to ensure raw material uniformity.

Drying and Classification Section: Employs energy-efficient rotary or drum dryers, paired with air classification systems, to precisely control raw material moisture content (typically ≤2%) and separate overly fine or coarse particles.

Blending and Additive System: A fully automatic dosing and glue-application system for precise addition of adhesives (e.g., UF, MUF, PMDI resins), as well as functional additives like wax (water repellent), hardeners, and flame retardants.

Mat Forming Section: Uses mechanical or pneumatic formers to create uniform, symmetrical mats. Integrated with continuous weighing and metal detection systems to ensure consistent mat density and eliminate safety hazards.

Hot Pressing Section: The core of the production line, offering two mainstream configurations:
Multi-Opening Hot Press Solution: Ideal for multi-format, flexible production. Typically equipped with 8-24 daylights, featuring simultaneous closing technology and intelligent hot-pressing processes (programmable temperature, pressure, and time curves) to ensure uniform board density profile.

Continuous Press Solution: Suited for large-scale, continuous high-output production of single formats. Offers low energy consumption and excellent surface quality with minimal thickness tolerance (±0.15mm).

Post-Pressing Section:
Cooling and Board Turning: Allows uniform cooling and internal stress relief.

Length Cutting and Trimming: High-precision cross-cut and trim saws for accurate sizing of green or finished boards.

Sanding: Employs multi-head calibrating sanders (usually 4-8 heads) to achieve precise final thickness and a smooth surface finish.
