Working Principle
Wet density board fibers are evenly fed into the continuous drying drum via a belt conveyor. The inner wall of the drum is equipped with specially designed lifting plates, which repeatedly lift and disperse the fibers as the drum rotates, ensuring full contact with high-temperature hot air from the hot air furnace. Moisture is rapidly evaporated, and the exhaust gases are discharged after two-stage purification through a cyclone dust collector and a bag filter. The dried fibers are continuously discharged through a rotary airlock to the next process. The entire line is automatically controlled by a PLC central control system, which adjusts feeding speed, drum rotation speed, hot air temperature, and airflow, enabling fully unmanned continuous production.
