This production line consists of eight main modules: raw material preparation system, particle preparation & drying system, classification & surface/core layer treatment system, precision gluing system, layered mat forming system, continuous hot pressing system, post-processing system, and automation control system. With "density uniformity" as the core design objective, this line builds upon conventional particleboard technology by reinforcing three critical areas: particle classification, layered mat forming, and hot-pressing precision control, ensuring that the profile density uniformity of finished boards reaches internationally advanced standards.
Core Technology Equipment for Achieving Uniform Density
1. Precision Particle Classification System
Multi-stage screening equipment (vibrating screens + air classifiers) precisely separates dried particles into three grades by size: surface fine particles, core coarse particles, and intermediate transition particles.
High classification accuracy prevents fine powder from mixing into the core layer (which would raise core density) and prevents coarse particles from entering the surface layer (which would cause surface roughness).
Classified particles are stored in separate silos, providing precise raw material for layered mat forming.

2. Separate Surface/Core Layer Gluing System
Independent gluing circuits for surface fines and core coarse particles, each with individually controlled adhesive ratios and adhesive types.
Surface particle glue application is slightly higher than core to enhance surface strength and tensile resistance; core particle glue application is moderate to avoid uneven adhesive penetration.
Gluing accuracy is controlled within ±0.5%, ensuring uniform adhesive coverage on every particle.

3. Multi-Layer Layered Mat Former
Adopts a surface-core-surface three-layer forming structure: fine particles on both surfaces, coarse particles in the core, with transition zones between layers to avoid abrupt density changes.
Forming heads equipped with precise transverse material distribution control, limiting transverse density deviation to ≤ ±2%.
By adjusting the thickness ratio of each layer, the density profile shape of finished boards can be flexibly controlled to meet different application requirements.

4. Mat Pre-pressing & Density Pre-Adjustment Device
Before entering the continuous hot press, the layered mat undergoes gradient pre-pressing, enabling each layer to become preliminarily compacted with tight interlayer bonding.
Pre-pressing pressure is adjustable by zone, providing the mat with an initial uniform density distribution prior to hot pressing, reducing the density gradient formation pressure during the hot-pressing stage.

5. High-Precision Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Continuous Hot Press
Individual temperature zone control, with temperature accuracy of ±1.5°C and pressure accuracy of ±0.05 MPa.
Equipped with online thickness monitoring and closed-loop adjustment system for real-time board thickness feedback and automatic pressure/gap adjustment.
Precise control of the temperature-pressure-time curve effectively prevents core layer overheating or under-curing, ensuring uniform density development along the thickness direction during curing.
Zone-adjustable press gap allows differentiated pressure application across different board thickness zones, further eliminating density fluctuations.

6. Online Density Inspection & Feedback Control System
Online nuclear density gauge or X-ray densitometer at the line end performs real-time profile density distribution measurement.
Measurement data is automatically fed back to the mat former and hot press control systems for closed-loop automatic adjustment, ensuring batch-to-batch density uniformity consistency.
7. Automation Control System (PLC + Industrial Big Data Platform)
Full-line integrated control, consolidating data from classification, gluing, forming, hot pressing, density inspection, and all other stages into the central control room.
System incorporates a built-in density prediction model that automatically adjusts process parameters in response to raw material variations, ensuring density uniformity remains unaffected by raw material batch fluctuations.
Supports historical data traceability and quality analysis, facilitating process optimization and product certification for customers.
